I honestly can say I've never been to Medley. Never done anything but drive through Little Haiti, Liberty City or Brownsville. I went inside and ate at the Popeye's in Alapatah a few years ago and I've been to all the other places mentioned.

medley is frickin scary. i used to work there. id have to say it was one of the lowest points in my life, taking a month long contract in a bad ghetto and knowing the sooner i completed the job, the sooner i was out of work with nothing else on the horizon. they dont repaint the lines on the street there so you dont always know where the lanes are and theyre driving semi trailer trucks through there like go karts recklessly. lots of warehouses. lots of canals. they find bodies dumped over there alot. i had a coworker who drove over the leg of a body someone had dumped in the middle of the road over there. he turned the corner quick and there it was in the road. called the police, all that bla bla bla. not a good area.

Medley is a high crime industrial area, not a ghetto. For ghettos you need people Hardly anybody lives there It is dangerous like any other industrial area. Any place full of construction and with limited or no people is ideal for crime. Add to that the proximity to the Miami River and you have a recipe for drug smuggling and drug related crimes.

^^Are we talking about the Same Medley? You can't even speed in Medley. It's 8 square miles and they have like 30 cops.

The Marine industrial area past the 27th avenue bridge moving west, that looks like it would be scary looking on the Miami River at night. Never been there.
