It's beyond me why Miami Beach allows this to happen each year.

This is exactly what we used to endure every year with Freaknik. It didn't start out bad, but ended up exactly like this. It got to the point here that many restaurants closed, people that lived in and around Midtown left in droves each year - and those that didn't were basically trapped in their neighborhoods due to the gridlock. The City finally put an end to it, but it took years.

In the footage of Miami Beach in the 1950's did you notice how almost every person on the street was dressed?.....men in suits or sport coats and pretty much every woman wearing a dress.

I think how you dress has an effect on behavior as well.
