It really depends who you ask, because there are some people love it when it is super humid outside. I personally do not like the feeling of my clothing sticking to me. June - September is probably the worst humidity, it is also the rainest months obviously (rainy season is 6 months June - November which is also Hurricane Season). October and May can be humid as well.

The O.P. is a pathological liar! In this thread he is suggesting he's never lived (or been) to So.Fla.

Yet, in another thread (see link below) he claims he just moved BACK to Coral Gables with the wife and kids.

And in another thread he claims he is a single guy.

I found September to be the worst, I don't know why...but I felt just grimy and sticky all day long.

Humidity is a 10 in June, July & August. It is an 8 in May & September. There is a reason snowbirds are only here six months out of the year! You need to experience one full year here before you permanently move to make sure you can handle it.

It's great for your skin!
Moved here from the midwest years ago and I look much younger than friends/family the same age that are still upnorth.

I work in midtown Manhattan. Summer here makes Miami a welcome retreat from the heat!

Either this forum has been invaded by trolls or is full of people with multiple personality disorder. Some of these trolls make me think they have free internet access at psychiatric institutions.

If you are on the bay or ocean, it's more tolerable than inland nearer the Everglades.
while I do prefer the hot and humid Summer to a cold, snowy, rainy and/or dreary Winter elsewhere, I do find that a vacation out of town in September helps me shorten the worst of the worst.
