Define uneducated. Not every immigrant without a college degree in Miami is a low life and a leech. Many are hard working people.
This country was built by immigrants and many came with little or no resources. There is no need to put down people because of their education level.
Anyway, Miami still remains the city with higher % of affluent hispanics.

This issue really has nothing to do with race anyway. I encountered many people in Miami who were lacking in the education, ethics and moral standards departments. These were people of all races too; Miami just seems to attract such people.
If it could clean up its act in that regard, it wouldn't be a bad place to live. The Medicare fraud certainly needs to be stopped as that particular "Miami problem" is coding the rest of us US taxpayers bilions of dollars.

Having a piece of paper from an overpriced "educational" institution with regional accreditation is not the only way to be educated, in my opinion. In south Florida, an area with no energy resources, or any other industrial capacity the best way to wealth is fraud/drugs. Thus many of those with money are low lifes. Only Government jobs or multinational companies will pay a decent wage of offer benefits.

Every large city has problems. They all have high poverty and youth who act in unconventional ways. It's part of being young. Its like that Billy Joel song, neither Daddy Yankee or Pitbull start the fire.

Rock, I spend enough time in Hialeah. While Im not a huge fan of East Hialeah(the oldest part of Hialeah where most young hispanics are US born) I admit there are plenty of regular decent people there
West Hialeah to me(where Wesland mall is) is OK. I always receive good customer service there. I never had an isue with anybody there and I go there at least 3 times a month.
