not even funny. colombia's drug problem is for the most part gone. all fighting with the farc is now in the countryside and the standard of living in colombia has risen by at least 50% in the last decade. there economy continue to boom while the american economy is stuck.

actually miami is cheaper than bogota in all those things to.

I don't know Colombia, but yes it depends on every country.

In Venezuela f/e housing can be more expensive than Miami (in a good area) and its normal for people to own their house instead of renting, taxes are only for those who earn over a certain amount (high) of money per year or corporations. Even though everybody pays IVA (VAT) there are certain articles excluded from it.

Gas is another story... is almost a gift, the cheaper in the world.. u can fill the tank with 2 dollars... Everything else is more expensive and high priced, way more than Miami.
