I think that'd be a good idea. I mean, most of the areas along the current MetroRail barely (if even) reach that mark.

Any area with pop densities over 18k psqmi with connections to the main points of the metro too, ie Universities, malls, etc...

In that map you'll see all areas of Miami with their pop densities.

Looking at the map, it looks like a line running down Flagler Street in Little Havana would work, and then on the other end it could run up Miami Beach until about 71st Street. That's really the only area that stands out (there are other areas with 18K + population densities, but there isn't a real corridor of them and there aren't even that many of them)

In the map you have to click on "VIEW MORE MAPS", choose the purple map. That shows population density,.

CT 179 and CT 18 should be around 20k as well, but they are also counting nonpulated area, and those areas are over double the size of the populated one.

But the problem is that it's just a pocket of very high density, but the density of the surrounding areas is around 10K per square mile.

I mean, you can relax the standards to say, 12K per square mile or so. I mean 12K is more than a good portion of the areas along the current MetroRail.
