Most houses for sale listed on Realtor.com for the Homestead area seem to be built between 2001 - 2008, where it's known have used Chinese Drywall.

I live in an area where most of the homes were built in the 1950's and a few were built in the 1920's.

That's too old. I am thinking the 80s or preferably the 90s.

Look at homes West of the Turnpike they were mostly built in the 80s and 90s. Things east of the Turnpike are newer with the exception of Keys Gate.
