This article was very interesting. It also strengthens the fact that the 'Hispanic" presence and influence was here way before the Cuban Revolution.

Nixon, that was the most popular president among Miami Cubans ever, had a house there just besides Bebe Rebozo.

^ I Learned that from reading the link... Thanks again. I knew about Nixon, though, even from my own childhood.

Key Biscayne is the absolute best place in the Miami area to raise a family. Your kids do not need to know Spanish to enjoy it. ***MOD CUT***

-----------
Money is dirty according to some Christian denominations in the Bible Belt.

Miami is Catholic, if you have some dirty money you can buy 5 condos at Key Byscaine and confess at the nearest Catholic Church.

Key Biscsyne was one of the most beautiful, All American cities in the United States up until the 80s. The truth is that South American money including drug money bought out all the Anglos and now you can't even go into a shop here without someone to greeting you in Spanish and only speaking in Spanish. heartbreaking
