Hi There,

My husband and I are on the lookout for a live/work warehouse space, at least 1,800 sq/ft, garage/bay door, preferably with the apartment space on a second floor/loft space. We also want to do this legally and we prefer to stay in central to north in the county (preferably no Kendall spaces, and definitely no homestead). We would also be willing to take a look at broward county, even as far north as Delray. We also want to feel safe in our surroundings, nothing in what would be considered too bad of an area.

Problem is we're not even sure if this actually legally exists in South Florida. We have a small business that is beginning to grow and we require a substantial amount of storage space. We also can't yet afford rent for both an apartment and work space.

Please let me know if you know of any legal spaces like this or if you know of any great commercial real estate agents.

Thanks!

This doesn't help you but I know Coconut Grove is planning to build a ton of live work spaces. You should consult a realtor. I know of a good one if you are interested, just PM me.
