I'm talking strictly cities not unincorporated areas.

I don't know what the purpose is either but who cares I will answer it anyways. I think Opa Locka, Medley, Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, Miami Gardens, Florida City, and Sweetwater, are all tied for first place.

It'd be pretty hard to top those run down ghetto areas. Not sure what it is. Little Haiti? Well it's not a city though...

That's a bit of a hyperbole.

To hear out people's opinions. Personally I find Opa Locka and Medley the most distasteful to the eye. I do not agree with Miami Gardens being listed because Miami Gardens has beautiful sections and that cannot be said for the latter.

No, you can't state Little Haiti by itself. Since Little Haiti is part of the city of Miami...is that your vote? Honestly the city of Miami has really ugly looking areas and this is what I try to tell tourists and non-Miamians when I talk about my home town because they assume I'm living on the beach when I say I'm from Miami. I tell 'em Miami is not the city of Miami Beach, get it straight!!!

But with that being said I still apprecialove Opa Locka for what it is. I actually enjoy going out to the Opa Locka flea market, just seeing all these Black people speak Spanish out there reminds me of being at the Cartagena (Colombia) Mercado Bazurto (street market- pic below). When I'm out there it's even hard to differentiate the Black Cubans from the Haitians, lol. So that makes it a pretty cool spot for me and the deals are great!

Opa Locka flea market can prep you to attend Mercado Bazurto in Cartagena, Colombia lol.
