I'm not saying the cop is innocent. I AM saying that a 16 year old should not be walking around at 3:30 am with a baseball bat. Read in the paper his parents already trying to justify his actions by saying he liked to take walks in the middle of the night and he was a teenager going through a teenage phase. He was expelled from a school and being homeschooled. Hopefully, the kid survives and turns his life around now before something else happens that may actually take his life.

They can see the angle and distance, which would basically be a timeframe.

When confronted with the officer, he reached for the object...
Either he was a crazed crackhead or a suicidal maniac, anyways, that's life!!!

Talking Become An Ostrich!!!

All cops should just learn to be like an Ostrich and just bury their head in the ground when they see something unusual or turn and look the other way......this way no one would comment about what they did...just what they didn't do......They should never ever take any action without first be called to a crime scene or being dispatched to one......this way crime could run amok...and the cops could spend more time revenue producing by issuing those undeserved traffic summons......just imagine a world without traffic offenses...coupled with all the additional revenue it would generate for all those useless social programs......

So lets go......get a petition started...or perhaps an online survey...to see who likes the new Look the Other Way Policing Policy......just make sure you put bars on your windows...armor proof your vehicles...and stock up on ammo...cause you sure are gonna need it........

Cops gun down man for legally carrying firearm

Kelly Thomas Beating – Friends For Fullerton's Future

"But but all cops are outstanding citizens and are shining beacons of light amongst all of us plebeians, and they have nothing but the best interest of ours in mind"

Sorry, but if anyone thinks the system for training cops and or the way police departments are run aren't broken then you are on bath salts.
