A suburb of Tampa/St Pete/Clearwater:
hope this helps

Dade City is a city in Pasco County, Florida. It is popular with tourists for its antique stores, restaurants and historic architecture including the Pasco County Courthouse, Hugh Embry Library, Crescent Theatre and Edwinola. The annual Kumquat Festival is hosted downtown and the surrounding area is a large producer of the tart kumquat, a citrus fruit eaten whole.
The population was 6,188 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Pasco County.[3] Dade City is a suburb of the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of 2004, the population recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau is 6,615.[

The area is a pretty one. One of the rare examples of rolling hills (Zephyrhills area) in central Florida. The OP might also look along the Northern outskirts of Lake Alfred or South West Clermont (just E of 33 near 561).
