Marlins Game
zoo in the morning (it gets hot)
The beach of course
I am guessing your daughter's friend is femal also, how about shopping in Aventura Mall, Dolphin Mall or check out the upscale shops at Bal Harbor.
Duck Tour
Beach and lunch on ocean drive
Dinner on Lincoln road them go to a movie
Other boat tours
Seaplane tour from Watson island
Parrot jungle
Vizcaya
Two weeks you could always take a trip to Orlando, just remember it is hot. I never go in the summer nov-march is Orlando season for me.

Airboat ride might be fun. Key Largo glass bottom boat is pretty nice if you don't mind the drive.
