I will say I haven't seen much meat sold at these markets.

Try localfoodsouthflorida.org. It has lists of all the farmers' markets, CSAs, grass fed beef sources, etc.

There is a glaser farmer's market in coconut grove every saturday it has a lot of organic food, it isn't cheap. the dadeland publix has a good selection of greenwise products. I feel you I would like to feed me and my partner all organic but it's too expensive! The sat/sun farmers market on us1 and 244th st has a great selection and is super cheap, but i doubt any of this is organic. I do save a lot of money here since we eat mostly fruit/vegetables.

I try to focus on eating local produce from Florida instead of organic. You can find a lot of that here AND it's the cheaper option!

Thanks for all the info guys!!! I'm going to go through all of it. The farmers market in Coconut grove looks good, but I'm a poor student so I doubt I'll be able to afford much !

I decided (last minute) to join the CSA from Bee Heaven farm. It seems like a great deal for what you get, I'm getting a family share for 2 people and you get a box full of greens for ~ $30 (from the pics, this would cost like double at a farmers market). I am picking it up in the redlands but there's a pickup location in dadeland and it's only an extra $3. It starts like next week so you probably want to sign up now if you are going to do it. They also have organic eggs which I guess I missed out on (waitlisted :/). This produce is perfect, organic local and fresh..i definitely expect to see a difference
