Brinks truck robbers elude dragnet in Miami Springs - 10/12/2007 - MiamiHerald.com (broken link)

the first two or three i thought that was just a bad thing to happen. now i think it's an inside job. 5 armored trucks robbed in less than what, 4 months? something is definately going on here.

if miami isn't breaking a record with this then timoney is really stretching his leg out here.

And it doesn't matter where it is, as The Falls Mayors was also hit this week. So it doesn't matter if it is the best area or not, it still isn't safe.

Sounds like a inside job, just like the movies. But this time is for real. Anything is possible....

Irish mobsters knocked off a Brink's truck in Rochester in 1993 when I was in high school. Me and my buds used to hang out in an abandoned building that one of the accused planned to assassinate another member from. Crazy.

There is a connection with Brinks, inside jobs, and the Irish mob. And this stuff is waaayyy better than any crime novel: terrorists, community leaders, priests, drug pushers, shady real estate deals, double-crossings...
