Thought you guy and gals might be interested in reading this article MiamiHerald.com - Miami & Ft. Lauderdale News, Weather, Miami Dolphins & More It honestly surprised me. I never would have thought that Miami would be ranked number 3.

Wow, that's staggering. I'd never thought of that, when I read the "We're No. 3..." I started to think it was the third worst. Good news though.

Our school superintendent has really turn a lot of our failing schools quite around. I listen to NPR and tune into the board meetings and found out a lot of really impressive turn arounds. Thank god we have someone that actually delivers on his word.

Pear - this is how:

"But don’t get too cocky: Most of us aren’t reading Proust in the original French. Amazon’s editorial director of books and Kindle sales Sara Nelson points out that two of the most popular genres sold in Miami are romance and self-help books, and says that 50 Shades of Grey was the top selling title in all the Florida cities on the list.

On the other hand, Cambridge, Mass., (No. 4) isn’t messing around: Buyers there order the most books in business and investing as well as nonfiction, with the top titles purchased being Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most and StrengthsFinder 2.0."

Here's a link to the article:

Miami is No. 3 — in Amazon book sales - Books - MiamiHerald.com

It should say Florida is third in most read city not most well read city.

Yep that's what they said on the radio, its because of 50 Shades of Grey and Self Help books was second I think they said. But also if you think about it there aren't too many bookstores left in South Florida.
