Hey all. Does anyone have any experience with 1800 Biscayne Plaza?

Another friend is looking for a nice place with a view in a safe area, but without crazy prices. Schools are not important. Artistic family. I see this is an Arts district.

Eh, it's okay. I wouldn't live there. You'll get more art a little further north. What is their budget and how many beds/baths are they looking for?

Hmmm.. and they want at the beach, or near the beach, with a great view.

Nice location, near the beach, 3 BR, 300K, view.... It's not possible in today's market. They will have to lower expectations or wait until the next big downturn (and even then they'll have to compromise on some things).

And let me guess, they want something new, too! LOL!

It looks like there's 4 properties out at the beach that fit what they're looking for but two of the four that I clicked on appear to have contracts in.

They might check out A1700314. It's at Four Ambassadors but fits their price range and requirements.

They'd really probably be better off going single family.

Yeah, I noticed the Four Ambassadors and pointed it out to them. I liked that place when there was Porcao in that building!

Thanks!
