Good night to everyone:

I'll try to do this quick:

With the economic decline I have no job at the moment and I'm living of my savings
So I have to move out of Coconut Grove and begin to looking cheaper neighborhood.

After a research about the area I looked Nautilus, an small neighborhood at the middle of Miami Beach.
Seems very nice, anyone there? How it is?

I appreciate a close fast food chain near home (McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, etc) and a park to go to sit and walk and read after work.

Thanks in advance for comments and suggets!

I drive through there on occasion, especially when I want to avoid Collins or Alton, or if I'm heading down to one of the retail establishments on 41st St. I've always thought the neighborhood was rather nice, at least the area north of 41st. (I'm not too familiar with the section south of 41st.) Although I've never priced the real estate there, it doesn't appear to be an inexpensive area.
