IMO the areas you will find the most white non-Hispanics are: Miami Upper Eastside, Miami Beach south of 67th street, Bal Harbor, Bay Harbor, Miami Shores, Biscayne Park, Coral Gables, Sunny Isles, and Pinecrest.
Miami Lakes is 81% Hispanic as of the 2010 census.
Coral Gables is majority Hispanic (53% and increasing every year).
Miami Shores is tri-ethnic with white, non-Hispanic at 42%, Hispanic at 31%, and black at 22%.
Bal Harbour is majority white.
Bay Harbor is 49% white, 46% Hispanic.
Pinecrest is 51% white, 47% Hispanic.
Sunny Isles is 58% white, 36% Hispanic.
Biscayne Park is tri-ethnic with white, non Hispanic at 43%, Hispanic at 35% and black at 16%.

All of the above data is from city data.

Average price of a home in the above communities is above the median price for Miami-Dade County. Of the listed communities only 3 - Miami Lakes, Pinecrest, Coral Gables - have desirable public schools within their borders. Almost all of the still majority white/non-Hispanic communities will not be so in the 2020 census.

It's obviously Hispanic dominant, but it's still incredibly diverse. That's like saying Los Angeles and Houston aren't diverse because they're also prominently Hispanic. But your point still stands, if you don't like Hispanics - stay away lol

Also, the Herald has unrivaled coverage of Latin America but the newspaper is still local/national centric.

White flight has already slowed down and reversed in the last decade. The white population increased alongside an already huge Hispanic population in growing cities like Doral, Cutler Bay, Homestead, Aventura and Miami. In the last year, the White non-Hispanic population grew faster than the Hispanic population. The Hispanic share of the population shrank.

I'm not saying things are about to reverse, but this unexpected trend definitely means something.

Isn't Aventura mostly Jewish, of European decent?

Lots of American, Eastern European, Russian, and Isreali jews. This being Miami, it even has a small but growing Latin American jewish community.

Thank you, I didn't know that. People should also mention, South Beach has a HUGE hassidic population. Whites can definitely be found in Miami. But who cares, why can't we all just get on with each other and not worry about skin color.

Well, the OP asked whether or not Miami is really all black/Cuban/Spanish - replying posters have just been answering his/her question. Not our faults if the answer is a resounding YES.
