There is nothing to be offended about and there is no problem - you are just very sensitive.

I have White friends up north who call me Cuban and they know I'm born and raised here. Its just a description of my ethnic background. And I know plenty of Hispanics who call Whites "American" - Neither side is doing it with malicious intent its just the way it is.

Just like in New York they call Hispanics/Latinos/whateverthehell "Spanish" even though they're clearly not talking about Spaniards. They don't think you're from Spain, or even Puerto Rico, they just use that to describe people of Hispanic descent.

Again, you're being offended over nothing.

Don't tell me i'm offended for no reason. I would never befriend anyone who is of your likes.

You don't see the problem, and that is the problem right there - denial.

Why don't you write up a form that entails what I am allowed to feel from people I witness problems within?

Lack of research, but effort to assume is ignorance.

Again, I have no overall hatred for Hispanics, or Cubans, but rampant ignorance is never putting you on my blue list.

I personally believe that you are defending Cubans too much; I also covered immigrant and U.S. born.

There's no reason to call people with different features names.

Does anyone know that Bella Thorne, Alexis Bledel, Sara Paxton, and Joanna Garcia are all "Americana" White girls, but at the same time they all mostly share the same background - Hispanic/Latins, that is.

Surely a Cuban fan of Joanna Garcia would pull her from the typical "White, no Hispanic" category to assimilate, praise, and categorize her, for example, in their circle. Of culture. This is just playing the race card all over again, only this time.... with ethnicities!

Get in line - if you don't see a problem then reconsider.
It is very true that you're getting offended over nothing but a whole pack of nambo pambo nonsense. In any case I have given you permission to be American, so you should be quite happy and you can tell all of your friends that LimeHouseMIller says you're an American now.

The problem is that you are inventing a problem where no problem exists, and right there that is a problem, so your problem seems to be that you're inventing a problem, probably because you like problems.

I can't believe it took Thomas Jefferson on page 3 to identify the OP as an obvious troll.

This thread was pretty hilarious though.
