Silver Bluff Estates
Coral Way Village
The Pines
Shenley Park area

How's traffic going towards westchester from these areas? Are these areas relatively safe? Any other comments on living in these areas are welcomed. Thanks

traffic heading west in the a.m. and east in the p.m. is fine. it's the opposite that's tricky and needs some consideration.

All the areas you mentioned are not necessarily "bad" per say. Like in ANY major city , there is a very diverse crowd and you should be careful with everything you do . Although I can't say what are the safest areas ( In Miami there are freaks everywhere) but do stay away (or be EXTRA careful) in areas : Liberty City , Lemon City , Naranja , Goulds, Overtown , Little Havana, Miami Gardens , Little Haiti, Allapatah. These areas are very interesting and all have their own , unique characterstics and history but they have also been known to have high amount of incidents of voilent crimes and robbery. I don't mean stay away ...just be careful when visiting...
