Yeah, it isn't just a Miami thing.

Take a look at these pictures from election day in New York City. Notice the picture at the bottom left of the page. The sign reads "Vote here" in 5 different languages.

And look at the first comment on this twitter page. It says "In the East Village we can vote in 5 languages! English, Spanish, Chinese, Ukrainian, Polish".

Not even in Miami can you vote in 5 different languages.
