Hotel/Customer service work with zero Spanish won't be easy to find. But it is possible. No idea what an Associates in Science degree means though. Maybe you should finish up and get a 4 year degree?

Look for jobs in Broward County, the Spanish issue is not as big there.

Try looking for a job in Broward, spanish isn't as important there as it is Miami in the service industry.

Check Florida Power and Light. Jobs that are non-customer service don't require Spanish. In fact, NERC regulations require all communication in the electric industry be done in English. That's where I work and I don't speak a lick of Spanish.
