I'm in favor of the cantilever concept where the Met Development will still be able to build, but the village space can be preserved.

Downtown space is very expensive square footage wise.

What's the name of that natural phenomena found near river banks? They kind of look like castros.

Miami should preserve all the historic things it has. As well as landmarks and the like. The Everglades is one of the best things and yet I feel like Miami acts like it doesn't exist. The legendary Orange Bowl was destroyed. There are no Central Park like park here. I bet if NYC had the Everglades it would be just as huge, known, etc. as the Statute of Liberty.

Miami is the only city in the United States that has 2 national parks, yea I would say Miami-Dade knows they exist.

The Everglades is not in the city of Miami, but I think Musa Isle was. Miami's history has been destroyed as soon as possible to fuel property speculation and debt creation. A lot with a bunch of holes in it is meaningless in a city of serial property bubbles.

One could say Fort Dallas history is destroyed also.
