Relocating from Argentina: Healh Insurance (deductible, live, cost of)

Hi Again,

When/If I relocate there I will be co-owning and managing a LLC (computer programming services), so I won't have employeer insurance.

According to my googling, my choices will be around $600 with 12K deductible on the one end, to $1500 with a 3K deductible on the other.

I'm the kind of person that goes to the doctor once every year, but my wife and kids are a different story, they get a lot of attention, and here in Argentina is rather cheap. So I belive the proper math is to split the deductible in 12 and add it to the prime to get a rough effective monthly cost of heath care (and this is ignoring copayments and coinsurance to keep it simple). But if that is right, we're talking of $1600 to $1750 a month.

That doesn't look correct, based on the general comentary I get. So, how is it? How should I realistically budget health care?
