On paper these vehicles are "street legal," but in real life they are not allowed on Collins/A1A. Is Miami Beach a community or a jungle? You be the judge. Sorry I get a helping hand from Jesus to illustrate my point.

You may ride a donkey, like Jesus. That was very humble of him. But to be honest I think one should walk oneself instead of placing such a burden upon a beast.

By the way, between an electric bike and an electric car, there's something called a Neighborhood Electric Vehicle.

Very cheap, fun and frugal, but illegal on many roads. Same roads the SUVs turn into a jungle.

Jesus would probably ride one of those to preach in his neighborhood.

SUV's don't turn our roads into jungles, drunk and careless drivers make our roads jungles.

There's no other law on our roads than the law of the jungle. People buy SUVs to survive in that jungle instead of emphasizing prevention. They brave their way around cars on I-95. They also signal who's the king of the jungle. It has to do with the mating game and hierarchy, you know.

NEVs are a friendly species on our roads.
