People can be impaired for all kinds of reasons as well, some are legal to engage in like taking prescribed drugs and alcohol; but all are the same as it is illegal to drive impaired regardless of the reason.

As for breaking in; drugs are a main fuel of this, but people also break in for many reasons as well, but it all comes down to obtaining money, whether for drugs or to buy a new Xbox.

The actual act of smoking dope in a house does not impact me.

I was doing 90 with no cars around me, I was driving in the gap. if there are cars around me my max is 80 in a 55 zone.
