Hi everybody!

I want to first thank everyone in advance for their input on this site!

I have been using the neighborhood-o-meters and definitely dig the ability to gauge a neighborhood without taking a long drive. Infinity kudos!

My question is regarding all the nice ass high-rise towers in the south florida areas. I want to rent one. BUT, I own a Ford f150 raptor truck, a mitsubishi lancer evo, and two motorcycles (a supermoto yami and honda 600rr street bike)

Is there ANY way I can find parking for all of my toys

Any ideas are welcome!

thanks

If its in a high rise, it would be hard. Maybe get a monthly garage parking permit? Like the one next to the government center i believe its like 60/month. You can park one of the cars there and just park the other car inside the condo. Store the motorcycles in a storage facility. If its a sportsbike id rather have it in storage due to theft.

A few options;

- See if the condo has extra parking available, you will have to pay extra for this of course.
- Find a condo with two parking spaces.
- Rent a parking space in a nearby parking garage.
- Rent a spot at a storage unit to store one of the cars and the bikes. Depending on the condo parking space, you may be able to park a bike sideways in front of the space and just park a car behind it.

Also, watch for height and width restrictions in the parking garages, your Raptor might be too wide and/or tall to fit.

To add; as a poster mentioned, your bike is at risk for getting stolen. Just read around about the thefts of these things and other things like wheels and airbags. There was a poster on here a while ago that even had the wheels off his Maserati stolen while parked in his condo garage parking space. I think a lot of the things are inside jobs, so if someone is interested in one of the bikes, they will just wait for the best time to grab it.

You shouldn't have a problem with the bikes (I also have 2) but as mentioned, 2nd car will cost and height and width restrictions also need to be adressed

Our building happens to have lots of parking and some residents have trucks and motorcycles and you are allowed to have two or three vehicles--not sure about four. We saw a lot of buildings that only allow one space and you have to find someone to rent any extras. It is particularly bad close to the beach. There are also parking garages from which you can rent monthly.

take the Ford badge out of your F150 and replace it with a BMW badge. You will be most welcome everywhere.

Aside of jokes, in Brickell condos and office buildings are so close that is not uncommon to rent an additional spot in an office tower for an additional car.

As for the bikes, ask the condo management about that. Parking one in front of your car seems right to me, but management of fancy condos tend to be very nazi
