Hmmm interesting. May I ask how old/young you are? Just to see how many years I might expect to wait

Thanks!

The colors are drab, the architecture is cookie cutter, the people are below average in personality and the bridges are disintegrating and lacking in character. Miami has nothing in my opinion.
you don't have to live there, I had to move away , and now it's harder to go back, but no place is like Miami -take it any day over any other us city

I have a job, that I would be have to be crazy to leave- and my family also moved up here. Only reason I left was because of the death of my son. I landed a terrific job, then grand's etc. moved up. But I go every chance I can.

BadgerFilms, Congratulations on your new job. This is still the best option. You will enjoy Miami much more when you have more money to spend here than if you were to stay.

Even though it is "possible" to make it here doesn't mean one should. It is still better to make more money elsewhere and then come back and enjoy Miami much more than you otherwise would. It would take a little bit of patience, but it is definitely worth it.

OP, take the great career suggestions you have gotten here and make your money elsewhere. Miami isn't going anywhere. It will still be here when you're ready.
