Hi. Can anyone recommend apartments in downtown miami? My price range is 1300-1500 for a one bedroom no pets no kids. Currently I'm eyeing Flagler on the river. I'd prefer somewhere that doesn't smell a lot likepiss from all the bums when I walk out in the mornings. Thanks

1600 for a one bedroom at 50 biscayne? Show me!

You won't find anything less than 2000 in the nicer buildings stick with Flagler on the river , the bums will leave eventuality

You MIGHT be able to to find something in your price range at Flagler One, but they do not have any onsite parking. So you have to figure in the price of renting a garage, which is generally 200 a month or so.

Check out the Loft I and Loft II buildings. You might be able to find a 1bedroom loft, 650sq ft+ for that price range. Loft II is pretty nice, nice gym, roof top pool, good location.

Here you go. (studio though). Like FlyMIA said, try the Lofts Downtown

567 sq ft on 50 Biscayne.

Third vote for Loft and Loft II. Loft I is a bit more intimate and professional. Loft II has better amenities but is more of the party crowd.

Welcome to MIA! You have your pick of the at that budget and area. There was over 20 that showed up on the mls. On brickel bay drive you have: The Four Ambassodors, The Club at Brickell Bay, Plaza Condo. On NE 2nd in VIZCAYNE SOUTH CONDO there is a fantastic condo with awesome views.

^^ If this is true, I'd go with Vizcayne rather than than Loft/Loft2. But the condos on Brickell Bay Drive just seem like it would be a pain to get out and go anywhere--either by car or walking and mass transit.
