Real estate experts.

I am looking to buy a property in Miami or fort lauderdale.

Something which is cheap and get some rent every month for cash flow.

do u guys know which areas should i be looking to get good rent but not too expensive properties

I didn't know you actually wanted to lose money. You have to get in before the bubble inflates to turn a profit. Many "experts" end up losing fortunes, remember 2008?

What is your price range? What is cheap?

Buena Vista Gardens area is an interesting one for a duplex purchase.

You said cheap so you won't have a choice anyway but lower income areas still have some decent buys. A two bedroom unit in a duplex in lower income neighborhoods can still get you $850-$950 in monthly rent.

thats what the properties come for in florida which pays 700-800 per month.

How much u invest otherwise for $800 rent?..Million $$??

80k? try detroit. florida is expensive on par to other states. 80k wont get u anything anywhere in florida i kno. 200k is an entry point without being deep deep in the ghetto
