How about being at work, and people speak Spanish in front of you, about work topics? How about being excluded from conversations? Don't tell me to learn Spanish, last I thought, this was the U.S.

And don't get me started on the drivers here.

You'd probably be excluded from conversations whether or not you spoke spanish, some people just dont want to talk to you. Sure its the USA.. for that reason if you arent competitve in your area.. go somewhere that you are.

driving is nice here, you can get where you want to go in a good amount of time

Does anything else need to be said about rude people in Miami? See by the above response. A comment regarding that co workers should speak English, at a place of employment, is turned into a personal attack. Enough said.

You are oversimplying this and "victimizing " the poster who threw the first punch ..... did you read the thread from the very beginning ... it is usually the anti-Miami , anti-Spanish posters who start the personal attacks .... at least that is what I have always seen here and you will get someone who likes Miami simply responding in kind . I am not enamored of Miami and dislike many things about the city ... but I do not spend all day bashing it like many on here seem to do .... so please do not turn this around .... I say many of the Miami bashers are as rude if not worse than many of the "rude" Miamians they criticize constantly .
