That guy is goofy in the video, Max needs to relax as I couldn't take what he was talking about seriously.

The second episode of this program is even funnier! Episode 801 discusses Miami as the #1 center of fraud in the US!

If Cuba is now a normal country why is this still in place?

Miami is following the path of Puerto Rico, and will be bankrupt when international money laundering dries up. Imagine if people bypass overpriced Miami for cheaper Cuba or Puerto Rico? Also interesting that both Miami and Puerto Rico are suffering drought conditions.

The children are well educated--not their fault they are limited in their opportunities based on their screwed up government and our outdated and archaic embargo (supported by some US industries and corporations to keep some Cuban products off the US market for their own gains). In spite of many citizens having so little, they still would give you the shirt off their back whereas many visiting the island would gladly take it off their back without a thought of giving them anything for it. I would say the majority of Cubans I have met here in the States are quite successful, not "takers".

From your extensive travels to the island (have you even been there?) what are your first hand findings. Let's put you and a Cuban on a deserted island and let's see who survives longer--my money is on the Cuban; and, no, I'm not Cuban.
You are funny in the head. Cuba is a zoo in there.

I speak from experience, as in 10 actual visits to the island...how many times have you been and where have you visited and stayed ???..please be prepared for more extensive questions, if you've actually been, as I'd love to compare notes.

Angel:

Still awaiting your reply....I've stayed at La Casa de Gladys on Avenida 1ra in Miramar directly next to the Acuario Nacional (acquarium), La Casa de Margarita-Armando on Calle 3ra y 9402, and in Vedado on Calle 27...please share with us where you have stayed and when you have visited...it would be a pleasure to compare firsthand experiences of the country and its people with those of another person who can share his firsthand experience (restos, nightspots, beaches you visited, etc.)....we might even have a couple of acquaintances or friends in common and others on this forum might be able to learn from your invaluable firsthand experiences....you have been to Cuba, right?...yes/no/maybe???
