OP doesn't have a car and presumably doesn't want to buy one anytime soon, so it is really the only viable option in Florida.
As already mentioned, AirBnB and roommate situations are plentiful in Miami Beach. If you have enough money to hypothetically make multiple trips for interviews, you can probably do this for awhile.
We're coming up on high season and holiday season, so you have that in your favor.

Sounds like a great idea! No job, no car, or even a place to live. Who needs those things anyways? Being unemployed and homeless with no car in a car dependent city with a sucky mass transit system is the true path to success and happiness.
You're absolutely right. Instead of "spending all my money traveling back and forth going on interviews and taking tests then NOT getting the job," it is much better to be in Miami in person and NOT get the job because you smell because you haven't showered or brushed your teeth.

I cannot find an apartment because of course I am not employed over there yet. I know for sure I can land a job anywhere doing almost anything and I don't care about the pay or status at this time. Now come on people let me hear you jump down my throat about this move...
