It normally doesn't rain all day long.

This year has been highly unusual regarding not only rain, but heat/humidity. Normally our rainy season is from June-August, maybe a little in Sept.
However this year it is still raining much more than usual.
The good news is that unlike other parts of the country where it rains all day, in Miami some areas stay dry/sunny while others catch the rain. The next day it might be just the opposite. So you rarely will get complete washouts all throughout the day and county.

So I'd predict the weather will be spectacular when you are planning on visiting if past years are any indication.

No. This is Florida. There's a chance you'll get rain no matter when you come.

No, just enjoy your stay in Miami. Nobody can predict what the weather will be like on the days you visit most places, not even a meteorologist. However, historically November is a lovely time to visit South Florida. The only place I've visited where there was very little chance of rain was Aruba. If you are planning to visit friends or relatives, you can still have a lot of fun, since there's still plenty to do in Miami on a rainy day, should you experience inclement weather.

The weather will probably be very nice. We're even getting a "cold" front if it doesn't stall out. Rainy season is June completely through September not August. It usually starts end of May and spills over till October. It's weird to be getting all this rain in November, but at least it makes it so it's not in the 90's!

One thing you realize if you spend time outdoors is even on rainy days, it's remarkable how little of the time it's actually raining. It's actually supposed to get dry and "cool" next week--our first "cold snap" getting below 70 at night. So bring an umbrella if you want, but otherwise, just come and enjoy Miami and the beaches.

blam? Don't cancel your vacation! The weather in Miami and most of Florida so far has been warmer than usual for November and it's a El-Nino year as well.
Rainy weather in Miami everyday are brief showers not days of overcast skies and constant rains.

Don't cancel your trip. In November it rarely rains all day or even more than an hour at a time. Go and enjoy Miami.
