You heard the test down here is easier than anywhere else, right?

I'm turning 18 years old on April 7th of this year, I was wondering, since I've never had my learner's permit, but I've passed the tests for it, can I still go on my birthday and get my license?

If you are over the age of 18, you can no longer take some courses online, so if I were you, I'd check out the Florida DMV web sites right away. I'm not sure what you mean by "I passed the tests" if you didn't get your learner's permit, but here are some links.

City-Data is a message board where people have discussions, but I wouldn't solely rely on information from an internet forum.

Never heard of anyone taking the test online. I pretty sure you have to take the test at the DMV.

I had to take it at the DMV. No such thing as taking the test online.

^^^ No, I do not believe you have to take the test in the same county where you live. Why do you want to take the test in Miami, do you think it's easier.
