I'm looking for a good search engine to look for a small house/condo in Miami. I'd like to search on the normal things like zip code, # of beds, # of baths, price range, age of home. Map search is great too! I have a phone app called SoFlo MLS that works on my phone but when I go to their website on my laptop it seems I need a userid.

What's the best website to use that would give me up to date listings? Years ago Realtor dot com was great, but it's been changed too many times and it's no longer very helpful.

Thanks! For any realtors on here, I'm just starting a search and probably will not buy for 2 years that's why I don't want to "bother" a realtor at this point.

A realtor could set up search that will automatically send you listings.

As a realtor, I volunteer to be bothered. It's part of the job description, and you may spend as many years as you like perusing the MLS.

us realtors have sites that can setup auto searches for you and allow all the terms you just mentioned. I just can't post my link here because of Terms of Service (same for the agents above me)

Otherwise, realtor . com is great as it updates every 15 minutes. Only negative is that it still shows 'BACKUP' status when searching for active listings. you have to look at 'status' on the details and make sure it says ACTIVE and not BACKUP (as in, contract in place, taking back up offers).
