I'm going to Miami in a couple of days & will be there for four days.

I'm wondering for Best Places in Miami/Miami Beach:
1. What to visit?

2. Places to eat
-Cuban Food?
-Spanish Food?
-Seafood?
-Whatever else Miami specializes in

3. Places to get the Best Pictures of Miami
-Not too touristy, free

I trust you will have a car??...where are you staying??

By all means, check out the beach (South Beach), Lincoln Road Mall, Espanola Way, South Pointe Park, Wynwood, Little Havana, Brickell City Centre, The Wharf.

Where to eat?

Spanish--Xixon (Coral Way), NIU Kitchen (downtown), Bulla Gastrobar (Coral Gables) Bazaar by Jose Andres (SLS South Beach), and Bazaar Mar by Jose Andres (SLS Brickell)
Seafood--River Oyster Bar (Brickell), Casablanca (River), Joe's (though stone crabs currently out of season), Lobster Bar Sea Grille.
Unique--El Cielo (Colombian in Brickell), La Mar (Mandarin Oriental--Peruvian)
Very Miami : Yardbird (Southern cuisine); Michael's Genuine, Sugarcane, La Camaronera, The Forge, Ball & Chain (more for music than food).
Scenes/people watching; Prime 112, Komodo, Kiki on the River, Zuma

Good pictures?--South Pointe Park by Smith & Wollensky, Lido Grill at Standard Hotel, bar/pool area at Mondrian, rooftop at Watr at 1 Hotel (if you can get up there--often reserved for hotel guests until 6PM), Sugar (rooftop bar at East Hotel in Brickell), YAKU by La Mar at Mandarin Oriental on Brickell Key, Faena Hotel courtyard (the gold plated mammoth), rooftop at Juvia, Area 31 at Epic Kimpton, Art Deco on Ocean Drive.

I really like Puerto Sagua in Miami Beach, definitely has a local vibe, most customers are Hispanic, employees have limited English, very tasty. If money isn’t an issue, Joes Stone Crab is a treat. The stone crab and sauce are delicious, but very expensive. For pictures, I love walking around Wynwood Walls. Brickell is also a nice area to snap pictures.

For restaurants, anywhere that's not too expensive, like $ or $$ price, not $$$.

Maybe some less expensive alternatives to the places that you have mentioned above

Puerto Sagua is cheap... avoid everything on Lincoln Road... mediocre food, bad service and over-priced... every restaurant on Lincoln Road.
