Id like opionons on this
From cost of living to homless populations
To oceans pollution problems with red ride.
I have a feeling specifically Miami may end up the next California/Los Angeles
And all of Florida will be one big giant playground for the wealthy until it may or may not flood and sink into the ocean.

What I've heard is that lot of foreigner investors are loading their dough heavily on real state, businesses, and other venues in Miami. I don't know but if a super mega mall is about to be built up at the height of Miami Lakes I don't think Miami will become as CA. Those people are not idiots. They spend millions on demographics, consumer behavior, and other data before to invest heavily. I mean, that should foretell something, isn't it?

That mall is not a bullet proof plan yet, plus they spoke on having some underground ski resort which is impossible due to ocean levels to make a fake ski resort underground I believe.

Its not underground, its just a ski attraction inside the mall. They did it in the Middle East too.

Yes Miami will get more expensive, and why shouldn't it? its the most popular area in Florida besides Disney area. So you better keep saving and get out soon before its too late!

The red tide is in the Gulf Of Mexico not the Atlantic Ocean.

Don't you hate it when the mis-information backfires on you?
