Sorry but the last 3-4 yrs where a Joke when it came to cold weather in S Fla..

20-21 has really brought some lost memories on the late 80's here, specially in 1988 when the Redland become a BURNED crop land across the entire Area in December right after Christmas Day. I was a witness of the mess !!!

well, there's the link to the temp record...from 2010 to 2020 > https://www.weather.gov/mfl/mia_cliplot

that covers the last 3 years

that cold is really our fluke weather.....but there was snow flakes in No Miami in '77 too

edit: I just took a good look at that "official" recorded temp...I'm not so sure how accurate all that is

shows that winter 2011 wasn't all that cold at all....but I know for a fact in 2011 for 2 days there was a thin film of ice on all the water lily pots...all the way down here

55 degrees at 5:30 this AM, but it was a humid 55, that felt less than that. Climbing to the mid 70's by early afternoon.

Still nothing like the Marches we used to have when we had real winters and springs. Used to be much colder and got much more rain. All 90's last March and not one drop of rain and so far only .30" this month and well above normal temps.

Give me March 13th 1993 any day of the week deek.

This winter was above normal also, but we had more cooler weather than the last 6 winters put together heather. Just goes to show how insane warm it has been since 2011.
