Hello
I am writing an "article" (I am no writer lol) its about the horrible lack of public transportation in my town (Doral) ESP when its a place with so much money and how the Mayor doesnt care about the people who use it as they are not Doral residents but visiting nurses, etc

Am I going about this the wrong way anyone I can contact?

I contacted that useless "Pepe" and ofcourse the equally useless Doral Mayor now going to write an article for the paper or atleast try.

Any input would be great

thank you

Luis

Why don't you write a letter to the editor of the Doral newspaper?

Or maybe you can attend some of their city council meetings and offer some solutions.

Doesn't Doral have that nice, new, air-conditioned, free bus/trolley for its residents? I think I've seen that around.

Yes it does but its only in Doral for Doral it goes to shopping center, etc it doesnt take you out of Doral .
Its to keep shoppers in Doral which is great but doesnt help others who need to take regular bus .

I did write the Doral paper have not heard a thing and great idea I am going to attend the meeting . Will find out when they have it.
People here arent the most political people and they arent concerned with what doesnt affect them directly . I have talked to most but your idea is great and worth a try.
Thanks

If you want to use public transportation outside of Doral, you would have to transfer to the Miami Dade Public Transit (Miami-Dade County - Transit), which does not have to do with Doral. Maybe you can take that free Doral trolley to a county bus stop and go from there. Maybe you can get an annual pass so you don't have to deal with change all the time. Just an idea.
