Where are you moving in Kendall exactly? Kendall is around half Hispanic and 40% or so non-Hispanic white with the remaining 10% being split between Asian/Indian and black. If you are living in SW Kendall near Country Walk and Richmond Heights, there will be more black people around; if you are living anywhere else in Kendall you probably won't see too many black people. Kendall is reasonably diverse compared to other communities in South Florida so I don't think you'll have a problem wherever you live. Let me know if you have any more Kendall-specific questions.

You'll stick out as much as a "Hispanic" or "White" person would stick out in Richmond Heights. Is Richmond Heights a bad place for "hispanics" or "whites" to be??

You will stick out, yes, anyone that isn't hispanic sticks out for the most part. But other than that you will be fine.

Richmond Heights is west of Cutler Bay (aka Cutler Ridge)

Are you being facetious here? Kendall is not overwhelmingly "Hispanic," as slight under half of people that live in Kendall as a whole are not Hispanic. Most of the Hispanics are white and speak English too, so that at least makes it less likely that non-Hispanic white people stick out. I know that it has a changed a little over the years but even during my last visits during Christmas 2007 and early summer of this year I heard a lot of English being spoken, in many places more English than Spanish. I admit that I haven't gone past SW 127th Avenue in years so I wouldn't be surprised to learn that that area (West Kendall, Kendale Lakes, The Hammocks) has gotten a lot more Hispanic.

Nope not being facetious. Non-Hispanics stick out to me in Miami, I am not speaking about language here. Just on looks. I understand there are hispanics that are white looking, maybe because I have grown up here I can pick out the hispanic whites very easily (which really aren't that many IMO), and lump them with hispanics. And so the white non hispanics and blacks in my opinion just stick out very easily, especially when most of the people in the grocery store (Kendall and 107Ave) look hispanic.

Whites make up something like 16% of Miami-Dade county and I've NEVER woried about "sticking out". If I did I wouldn't be here. Who cares if you stick out? Conformity is for lemmings.
