Does anyone know any web-sites or telephone numbers for pre construction homes in the Miami area. I seen all the new homes in the area of NW 62nd st and 32nd ave. I know its not the best area to live, but the homes are beautiful and NEW. The highest home was going for 190K for a 4/2, I spoke with the home owner who said she bought the house from a developer but that she doesnt have his info anymore, if anyone has any info it would be great.

I think I'd be highly suspicious of a brand new, beautiful 4/2 home for only $190,000. That throws up a red flag in a major way. The home below is currently selling through Prudential for $250,000 in the same neighborhood.

I discovered the same exact thing in Homestead, where brand new homes were selling for cheap while old run-down ones where going for over $250,000:

The Sunday Miami Herald has a big real estate section. I believe they usually list new construction on a map within.

Check it out tomorrow.

Good luck.

Frankly 190K bought a nice house in much better neighborhoods just 8-9 years ago.
They are heading in that direction.
What's the hurry?

I dont know the area real well, but isnt this neighborhood kinda rough? In that particular area there are these gems. lol
$189,400 4-3

$175,000 4-2

Theres plenty more for around your asking price in that neighborhood but again these are tiny 60+ year old homes in rough area and I havent been able to find new construction in that certian area.

But around Miami there are plenty more homes in that price range incredibly enough.
$199,000 4-2

$180,000 4-2

$200,000 4-2

The older home owners are still in denial. Eventually those prices will be 1/2 of what they are now.
