In 2000 the census had the Black percentage at 2.4%, in the 2006 Census Estimates its up to 3.9% nearly 4%. So it in fact has grown, still nobody is saying its has a huge thriving black community, its been pretty assured its small. BTW in the 2006 estimates the Hispanic percentage was not given?

Yeah, that's what a taser does. It makes you drop. Tasers don't have an adjustment switch. They all put out 50k watts. Maybe if he cracked his skull, he'll get on the ground next time when ordered.

If cops could adjust the voltage on tasers, they would be banned. Every person hit by a taser would be dead. What cops can do is let you ride the lightning for more than one burst and/or length of time.

As of the census of 2006, there were 209,971 people, 69,700 households, and 54,147 families residing in the city. The population density was 4,543.7/km² (11,767.3/mi²). There were 72,142 housing units at an average density of 1,447.7/km² (3,749.3/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 90.01% White (4.1% were Non-Hispanic White,) 2.41% African American, 0.13% Native American, 0.40% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 5.47% from other races, and 3.55% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 92.17% of the population.

Ummm, where did 90.01% of Whites came from?

Virtually all of the old-time Cubans in Hialeah are white, and so are some of the newcomers. However, most of the Central American and Cuban newcomers are mixed-race and not really "white." I know several people who grew up in Hialeah (many of their families still live there) and though 4 out of 5 of them are Hispanic, most of them are "white."

Anyone and everyone live in hialeah.. ... BUT the reason so few blacks live in hialeah is because honestly most cubans dislike blacks. Especially the older cubans. Ever heard of the riots in the 90's( 90's or 80's dont remember ) When blacks destroyed liberty city and let me just say cubans were arming up ready to shoot any blacks who came into hialeah.
