Mt Trashmore. OMG that is Hillarious.
I used to worked in Doral and we saw Mt Trashmore from our office, I always imagine it was an imaginary mountain chain. Looked nice from a distance. Plus, I am a fool for mountains.

Not true. There is coral rock all over Dade County, some of which reaches 25 feet above sea level, I am just trying to figure out where...

I think the silver bluffs area in the grove are probably the highest natural points in dade county and the highest elevation certificates I've seen are all at around twenty feet asl. I could be wrong though.

the highest man made elevations would be the landfills in north dade which can be seen from the turnpike extension and the other land fill in cutler ridge. I'll guess these to be in excess of sixty feet but not higher than eighty feet.

The highest natural point is at Sunset and old cutler drive. If you go in that canal you see what looks like cliffs as you approach the bay. There is also the ridge at the old calder race track (tropical park) which is 15 feet above sea level as well as the crossroads of 87 ave and Miller drive. However, the hicgest point in dade county was 22 feet around the east end of sunset drive. This is from my 1949 topographical maps.
