what a dumb argument by judging how scared you are by how run down an area is. You can get killed just as fast in Miami as you can in Detroit. Or Chicago. Or L.A. or NYC. Arguing about where the "harder" area is or whatever is stupid. It's not something to be proud of.

I can’t really comment on those places so much because I have never spent a large amount of time in Chicago and have never been to NY or Houston BUT I do know Miami & it’s a tough place. Most neighborhoods look nicer than Northern locations (which I know because I now live in WI. Everything is very old like 1920's old and made out of wood so after years it looks very dumpy) but I think one thing people fail to realize is the mentality of the people that make certain areas of Miami so dangerous. They don’t give a SH*T about anything BUT being the “baddest”, plain and simple. No love, morals or fear, not that that’s anything to brag about though. Regarding the Latin America comment; most of Miami is made up of people from the Caribbean and Central America & no matter what their motives for relocating were some of that life follows them & is probably largely to blame for current conditions. I left Broward where I was born and raised because of the slum it’s become so my kids didn’t have to be exposed to that way of life or participate in it. It’s not pretty. It’s very easy to get shot and killed over a parking space, spot in line, a dime sack of w**d or any other stupid situation that most people would brush off, drug addiction and sales dominate most of both Dade & Broward too so most people are not even in their “right minds”. There are still nice areas but they are surrounded by this craziness so it makes it hard to stay away from all the problems. I’ll be back to visit soon and in my usual spots. It’s my home and what I’m used to so I don’t feel threatened but visitors should absolutely stay in well-populated areas and not seek or accept help from random people because they’re most likely trying to lure you into something. As for being killed simply for being white in those areas is ridiculous, just don’t make yourself a target aka talk sh*t, try to portray something you're not, flaunt wealth, etc.
Only Chicago and L.A. would rival or be worse than Miami. Chicago is messed up and L.A. with all of the gang ****....besides that NY is the safest big city statistically. Houston has improved since the 90's, and no place else: ATL, St. Louis are as bad per ratio.

Funny thing is da clown "internet insults" me even tho I'm right.
I guess being on the computer for a long time makes a person THINK they're better than someone else irl.
If having the feeling of "internet superiority" makes him feel better in life then I'll let it go...
It was old anyway

Those pictures look like Paradise compared to Newark or East Orange NJ where you would get your camera stolen,

In NJ you know when you are in the hood, in Florida it's hard to tell sometimes.

He got the pictures from Google Street View, he did not visit the areas.

East Orange and Newark don't look bad in comparison.

Really not much worse than Orlando.. No way in the Paramore hood could you could drive by and take a photo and not capture a D Boy on the corner.

And to thank in one month I am moving down there to do traffic and safety studies for FDOT D6 (Miami area) and I am sure some of the studies will be done at intersections within these hoods. Field reviews should be fun...
