C'mon! nobody is dying to live on terrible Liberty City!! it's one of the worst (if not, the worst) Miami neigborhoods, rough, ghetto, ugly, and skanky, a real dump!... Under your budget you can rent a 1/1 small apartment on West Kendall around $900. You may be a little tight on buget, not being able to enjoy Miami's attractions, but it's way better than living on those dirty and nasty neigborhoods.

So I just logged in and after seeing this in the Florida section I just had to see if the post was for real, ha.

But basically, Liberty City as well as Lemon City and Little Haiti transcend the idea of "ghetto", they're more like third-world slums. I'm not being sarcastic. These places are horrible and I've seen better in bad areas of third-world cities.

Black ghettos in Miami and elsewhere in the US don't have any similarity whatsoever with any third world slum.

Any inhabitant of those ghettoes could be considered as middle class not only in most Third World countries, but also in Developed Countries.

The problem with those ghettoes is not economic.

I personally think that the Civil Rights movement in the US destroyed AA middle class. AA went from poor Americans (and some very rich) to "disadvantaged minorities". The economic fabric of "colored towns" crashed when blacks were allowed into White shops and the billions pumped into welfare created havoc. Not a racial problem, you also find "welfare ghettos" in the US, England, Holland and Sweden inhabited by "WASPS".

Not to mention England, you have enormous "projects" there inhabited by people that have been living on welfare for generations. Broken families, alcoholism, gangs... But they spend months in Spain with their welfare money, and yes, they are English, even though they speak dialects that even many English can't understand.

Thats ridiculous. sounds like you been talking to the kkk. You can't compare the USA with other countries in Europe. None imported such large amount of black slaves. Can't compare to any other country in the Americas either since Spanish people being not as white as the English have less reservations when it comes to mixing with other races. TAlso Catholics freed everybody during the independance wars while the protestants kept slavery. The USA is the most racist nation in the developed world because they have a largest amount of blacks, it's not the same when they are a small minority that immigrated with their own resources.

That reminds me of the tv show Only Fools and Horses. They live on welfare for like 2 generations at an apartment in Peckam (neighborhood in London)

Dude, YOU ARE WRONG

Spaniards, French and the Portuguese conquistadors didn't mix with other races just because they were "less white than their English neighbors". (hahahhahah). They did so because, unlike the British, they did not bring women or families with them. That led them to seek the sexual affection of Native American women and black slaves.
