How is N.W. 79 street off Flagler going North?

I saw a new luxury rental in the area called the Royal Palms and the FountaineBleau is building a new building as well.

Some of these condo units are a bit old but still nice in this area. Plus it's close to Doral and Kendall.

What do you guys think?

This is a so-so, primarily lower middle class area with some younger professional people (in the newer buildings around there) mixed in. It's a safe area and is 90-95% "Hispanic" if that matters to you.

I think maybe you mean 79th avenue? Anyway i never liked the area. It's not awful; I just think you can do better for the price. What do you want to be close to? Example, where do you work and/or go to school?

It's an okay area. It's not ugly, and it's not dangerous, but it's not upscale. It's an everyday lower middle class area of Miami. The closer you are to Doral and FIU, the nicer it gets (with the exception of Sweetwater).
