I see a lot of condo listings in this area and am not sure what kind of neighborhood it is. It seems to be removed from the nightlife area, and a little north of the boardwalk.

What types of businesses are in the area?

Is it walkable?

Is it a neighbothood that is climbing or falling?

Depends what part of Collins avenue... it is 200 blocks long... For the most part, it is mostly A+ high rise condominiums... There are some sketchy/eclectic apartment buildings around Collins and 60th streets...

There are a ton of New Yorkers and a lot of Jews, if that matters... There are also a lot of vacationing and property owning Europeans who take to the area like Penguins to warm weather. Very few midwesterners. You will see few American flags; only an assortment of foreign nationalities who are here for $profit$ and flaunitng wealth...
