We'll see. Michael Vick got 23 months, not for killing dogs, but for lying about it. Also, he was smoking dope (and lying about it), a violation of his terms of release. (You'd think he would have learned from Clinton.)

Vick took something like a $142 million hit.

Stallworth was recently quoted as saying `I have full confidence and faith in the legal process.'', in other words he's confident he can buy his way out of this. DUI trumps a jaywalk every time, open and shut case, if he gets off from a technicality u better believe someones bank account is getting fatter.

In fact It wouldn't surprise me if that actually turns out to be the case, especially in Me-ami.

Nothing, he did something similar to Zach Thomas's mom or wife (which is white) cant remeber which right now and it only came out in the national media now because of this incident. But honestly i dont belive this had anything to do with race at all, well it always does in some sense, but not so much in this case. this was just another example of something that sadly happens everyday, but hardly ever gets national media coverage. that is a case of a police officer not using his right to discretion and failing to show any form of human compasion for a fellow citizen caught up in a dire situation. the law is not always black and white and police officers need to learn that they are not robocops but actually here to serve the common good not enslave. It al goes back to their training, my friend is a cop and he has to memorize so many codes and crap that he says it takes the human aspect out of it and he sometimes feels like a code enforcing robot. police academy needs to focus more on teaching human skills and communication and less emphasize on code memorization and revenue collecting.
